Telangana State e-PASS Scholarship

Telangana offers comprehensive scholarships to its students for pre-matric and higher studies. The Telangana government’s Post matric scheme aims to give students from traditionally marginalised communities a chance to complete higher education and build a brighter future for themselves and the state.

The state offers these various scholarships under the term “ Telangana State Electronic Payment and Application System of Scholarships.” This is an online portal run by the Telangana government for this purpose. Students and institutions use this platform to register their applications for the various scholarships and processes, keep track of them, and even register complaints, if any. These scholarships are very popular and have been a boon for students who otherwise would have struggled to complete their higher education.

Telangana State e-Pass Scholarship – Overview

The Telangana State e-Pass Post Matric Scholarship Scheme is one of the most essential schemes by the state government for the welfare of its students. The scheme aims to provide an impetus for students from traditionally marginalised communities to seek and complete higher education. It is often found that students from weaker or vulnerable communities need help to complete their higher education and drop out. The rate of dropouts is significant in higher education. This scheme helps to avoid this. The scholarships are from the post-matric level and cover all courses, including degree and professional courses like medicine, law, architecture, etc.
